The International Enabling Training and Consulting Center (IETC) acknowledges the following:

General Requirements: Participants in the course must be at least 18 years old.

Payment Terms:

• Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Payment is due 5 business days before the course starts.
• Course fees are subject to applicable local government taxes such as GST/VAT.
• Seats are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• IETC reserves the right to deny participation in unpaid courses until full payment is received.
• A payment receipt will be provided to participants. Only digital copies of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of online registration.
• Payment can be made by check, credit card, or bank transfer. A IETC representative will contact you to confirm your preferred payment method.
• All registration fees are quoted in U.S. dollars ($) and must be paid in U.S. dollars ($) and/or Saudi Riyals (SAR); no other currency will be accepted.
• The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided in the registration form, so please ensure that the correct information is provided.

3. Course Fees:

• The binding contractual fees are those listed in the current price list at the time of registration.
• If a participant wishes to change their booking, each booking change is subject to a fee equal to 10% of the course fee.
• Booking changes are allowed up to one week before the course starts.

4. Cancellation and Refunds: The following conditions apply if a course participant is unable to attend:

• In the event of cancellation up to one week before the course starts, participants are entitled to a 100% refund.
• In the event of late cancellation, no-show, or leaving the course once it has started, participants are not entitled to a refund.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing/via email and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. The cancellation date is considered the date of receipt by the IETC office.

5. Course Level Assignment/Class Size:

• Placement in course levels depends on the number of available seats.
• To avoid the cancellation of courses that would proceed if participants had registered on time, we advise participants to register in advance for their own benefit.

6. Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants must comply with the course rules and the house rules applicable to the International Enabling Training and Consulting Center (IETC).

7. IETC Responsibility:

• IETC and its staff's liability is limited to intentional acts and gross negligence. IETC reserves the right to change service details (such as prices, schedules, classroom materials, room allocations, and instructors) without prior notice when necessary. IETC will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to or arising from any of its training courses.

8. Eligibility:

• It is the responsibility of the company and/or participant(s) to ensure they meet the prerequisites for the course(s) they register for. IETC will not be responsible for participants who experience difficulties during the course(s) if they do not meet the prerequisites. IETC reserves the right to collect full payment for courses that have started if the client requests a course change due to not meeting the course prerequisites.

9. Course Confirmation:

• The course schedule is provisional until a written course confirmation is sent to participants.

10. Course Cancellation:

• IETC is not responsible for canceling services due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, official orders, and other circumstances beyond the control of the contracting parties). IETC reserves the right to cancel the course without liability if it is unable to meet the minimum class size or due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified in writing of the cancellation at least 3 business days before the course starts.

11. Photography and Videos:

• IETC reserves the right to photograph and video record the course and participants and use these photos and videos in any internal or external communication referring to the course or IETC, such as its websites, intranet, or other publications. By registering, you consent to these uses.

12. Invitation Letter for Visa Application:

• Any participant requiring an invitation letter for visa application purposes may request this letter during online registration. We cannot issue any invitation letter without receiving the registration and payment of the required registration fee. Please note that the organizers cannot contact or intervene with any embassy or consulate office on behalf of a participant. IETC holds no responsibility if your visa is not approved.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
